See units listed below. Students are assigned an assessor who visits them at their workplace to carry out assessments, monitor progress, set targets and offer support.
To achieve a full Level 3 NVQ Diploma in management a minimum of 25 credits must be achieved: 14 from the mandatory units and at least 11 from the optional units.
Unit: CU868 Manage own professional development within an organisation 4 credits
Unit: CU761 Set objectives and provide support for team members 5 credits
Unit: CU858 Plan, allocate and monitor work of a team 5 credits
The student’s assessor will visit them in the workplace to complete a skillscan. This assessment will highlight the most suitable optional units for the student to achieve. The choice of optional units is agreed by the student, their employer and their assessor.

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. If the qualification is being completed as part of an apprenticeship then entry requirements will apply
There is apprenticeship funding available for this qualification. Students’ eligibility for this funding will be checked upon application. If students are not eligible for funding, the course cost will be £1500 including VAT
On completion of this course students can progress onto the Level 5 NVQ Certificate/Diploma in management.
